Full Description: This wonderful, fully renovated, traditional village stone house is situated five minutes walk from the main square of Eressos village.

The house consists of two separate bedrooms, a lounge area and sitting area. There is a kitchen, bathroom, storage room and private garage.

There is very large veranda on the first floor which has a view of the sea. There is an outside shaded patio overlooking the garden at ground level.The garden is beautifully landscaped and contains with a pine and an olive tree.

It is possible to add an extension to the house.
