The size of a house depends on the size of the piece of land, whether the land is situated inside or outside a village, if there's water and electricity nearby, etc. Another possible matter is that when the land you wish to buy is part of a Greek family inheritance, complications may arise. In almost any Greek family they have disputes about such matters, which could be a total obstruction in the sales deal.
